Join in the fun! We have programs available for infants up through elementary school age. In these programs we hope to accomplish these integral goals:
•To educate Covenant children in the essentials of the Christian faith.
•To demonstrate God’s love
•To form a partnership with parents and families in raising Covenant children to love and obey God.
•To help children understand, love and receive Salvation.
•To expose the children to the confessions of the church through developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Using Great Commission curriculum throughout all of our children’s classes provides scaffolding upon which our children learn how to receive Christ by faith as well as how to share God’s love with others.
The mission of the nursery at Meadowcroft is to provide a safe, loving environment for children age 6 weeks to 3 years. We provide toys, snacks and activities to occupy the children while their parents attend the worship service. Adult and supervised teen members of the church serve as the nursery staff on a rotating basis. We provide a sign-in and sign-out procedure to ensure the security of the children. MPC volunteers are asked to apply for Child Abuse and Criminal Clearances. We envision a child's nursery experience to be a first-exposure to loving church members who seek to be an example to them of godly service to one another. We cherish the opportunity to establish relationships with these children and their parents as part of Meadowcroft’s church family.
